Please Note:

As of January 1, 2005, tires will NOT be accepted at transfer stations.  All tires (off the rim) must be brought directly to the Department of Solid Waste, 847 Mud Road, Johnstown.

 Fees are:

$2.50 for tires up to 16” (typical car/truck tire)

$5.00 for tires over 16” and up to 24”

Tires over 24 inches are charged by weight

 As of January 1, 2005, Freon units will NOT be accepted at transfer station.  All refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners and dehumidifiers must be brought directly to the Department of Solid Waste, 847 Mud Road, Johnstown.

 Fee is $5.00 per unit.
