The Glove Theatre is so excited to welcome nationally recognized stand-up comedian, Tommy McClellan for "Laugh & Run," an evening of Stand-Up Comedy Friday, May 13th at 7:00PM. Click on the link above to purchase tickets for this 18+ event.

Fulton County native, Tommy McClellan started running and doing stand up at the age of twelve while attending Mayfield High School. After graduating from Mayfield in 2013, Tommy moved to NYC and trained in long-form improvisational comedy at the famed Upright Citizens Brigade in Manhattan. During his time in New York Tommy played several characters on CBS' The Late Show with Stephen Colbert while also performing Stand-Up Comedy at some of the world’s best venues including Comic Strip Live, Stand-Up New York and Broadway Comedy Club. Tommy's stand-up album, Life Skills, topped the comedy charts as the #1 best seller on Amazon Music. Tommy has also found success as a producer on Marcus Lemonis' 100% In Charge podcast and was a feature player in CNN's 6 part documentary on Abraham Lincoln. Tommy is currently developing a television show with Pesky Moon Entertainment that is loosely based on his life and upstate NY. Tommy is currently represented by Stand Up Global joining a roster including Gilbert Gottfied and Artie Lange.

As a runner, Tommy is the CEO and Co-Founder of the running lifestyle brand, Runner's Joy, which he operates with his wife and Co-Founder Anastasia. Tommy ran Division 1 Cross Country and Track and Field at one of the top programs in the nation during his undergraduate college years. After graduating, Tommy went on to place second at the USA Beach Half Marathon Championships. He has also worked for Brooks Running as the face of their brand in Texas.

Next summer Tommy is going to film his first comedy special Never Sitting Down which will encapsulate his two loves, running and stand up, as he runs a 100 mile race.

Laugh & Run will also feature comedians Lauren Turczak, Mo Haskins, Eion Falance, and Victoria Diana, music and hosting by Small Town Sound, libations by Stump City Brewing, and vendor booths including Runner's Joy, Brooks Running, and the Mayfield Nordic Ski Team!
