Public Hearing notice

Notice is hereby given that the County of Fulton has applied for funding through the Mohawk Valley Economic Development District, Inc.’s (MVEDD) EPA Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund to complete the removal of abandoned industrial waste drums at the Former Fashion Tannery Site at 108 Van Road in the Town of Johnstown, Fulton County, NY. The application includes a draft Alternative Brownfield Cleanup Analysis (ABCA) that will be available for review at a public meeting to be held on May 19^th at 6:00 PM at the Johnstown Town Hall, 2753 Route 29 in the Town of Johnstown, Fulton County, NY.

The draft Alternative Brownfield Cleanup Analysis (ABCA) will be available for review at the MVEDD office located at 26 W. Main St, Mohawk, NY 13407 between the hours of 8AM and 4PM or on MVEDD’s website https://mvedd.org/.
